1. Who operates Edvori

Edvori is operated by Beijing Zhicheng Outstanding Technology Co., Ltd. Edvori is an independent learning service and is not affiliated with Kumon. Accounts and purchases are intended for parents, guardians, teachers, tutors, and other adults who are authorized to manage the learning records they submit.

2. Information we collect

Account and sign-in information

When you create an account, we may store your account identifier, email address, optional display name, linked sign-in provider identifiers, and device sessions. Email passwords are stored as password hashes. Apple and Google verify their own credentials, and we do not receive those passwords. Session credentials are stored in the iOS Keychain.

Learner profiles and learning records

We store the learner name or nickname and optional grade that you provide. Learning records may include questions, answers, results, corrections, review history, skill summaries, and timestamps. Each learner profile has separate records, while membership allowances and purchased credits are shared by the account.

Worksheet images and scanning

When you choose cloud scanning, a resized worksheet image is sent over HTTPS through our service to the selected recognition provider. Avoid including a learner's full name or unrelated personal information in a worksheet photo. Original worksheet photos and print files stay on your device unless a feature clearly asks you to upload them.

Payments and subscriptions

Apple processes native iOS purchases. RevenueCat helps us verify product, transaction, subscription, and entitlement status. We receive purchase status and related identifiers, but we do not receive payment-card details or your Apple password. Where available, Mini Program purchases are processed by WeChat and may be linked to the same Edvori account with your approval.

Service and diagnostic information

We collect limited operational data such as account or installation references, request identifiers, scan counts, timestamps, response status, app version, and device or network diagnostics needed to secure, troubleshoot, and operate the service.

3. How we use information

• Provide sign-in, account security, syncing, scanning, grading, review, and learner-management features.
• Deliver memberships and credits, prevent duplicate transactions, and reconcile purchases.
• Generate progress summaries and learning suggestions that you request.
• Protect the service, investigate errors, prevent abuse, and provide customer support.
• Meet legal, accounting, and regulatory requirements.

We do not sell worksheet content or use it for targeted advertising.

4. Optional AI learning analysis

When you enable learning analysis, Edvori sends aggregate learning metrics through our authenticated service to an AI processing provider. Learner names, worksheet photos, and question text are excluded from this analysis request. Reports are suggestions for review by an adult; they are not diagnoses, guarantees, or proof of curriculum mastery.

5. Sharing and international processing

We share information only as needed with service providers that support hosting, authentication, email delivery, worksheet recognition, AI analysis, subscription verification, security, and customer support. Providers process information under their own contractual and legal obligations. Depending on where you use Edvori, information may be processed in a country other than your own, including China and the United States.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

6. Children and family accounts

Edvori is designed so an adult can manage learner profiles without creating separate child accounts. Do not submit personal information about a child beyond what is needed for learning. A parent or guardian can review, correct, export, or delete learner records through the account controls or by contacting us.

7. Retention and security

We retain account, learning, purchase, and operational records only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. We use technical and organizational safeguards such as encrypted transport, access controls, scoped credentials, and password hashing. No method of storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You can manage learner profiles, pause optional syncing, review account sessions, and delete your account in the app. Account deletion starts removal of linked identities, sessions, and synced learning data, subject to legal retention duties and provider availability. Other devices may still contain downloaded local copies. Deleting an Edvori account does not cancel an Apple subscription; subscriptions must be managed in your Apple account settings.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information. Contact us to exercise those rights.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Edvori changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required by law.
