Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility

By using Edvori, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use Edvori for a child or learner, you confirm that you are a parent, guardian, teacher, tutor, or other adult authorized to submit and manage that learner's information.

2. The service

Edvori helps users scan paper exercises, review detected answers, identify mistakes, organize learning records, create practice materials, and view progress suggestions. Features, supported subjects, recognition providers, and usage limits may vary by region, device, plan, and product version.

Edvori is an independent learning service and is not affiliated with Kumon or any worksheet publisher. You are responsible for having permission to upload, reproduce, or process any material you submit.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining the security of your sign-in methods and devices, and all activity under your account. Do not approve a device or sign-in request that you did not initiate. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Recognition and AI results

Worksheet recognition, grading, generated questions, and AI learning suggestions may be incomplete or incorrect. You must review results before relying on them for instruction, assessment, placement, or other decisions. Edvori does not replace a qualified teacher, tutor, medical professional, or educational specialist.

5. Subscriptions, credits, and billing

Available plans may include a free allowance, auto-renewing subscriptions, and one-time credit packs. Current prices, included usage, renewal periods, and regional taxes are shown before purchase. Allowances and credits apply to the account and may be shared among its learner profiles.

iOS purchases are billed by Apple under the terms presented by the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account settings before renewal. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Deleting the Edvori app or account does not cancel an active subscription.

We may change future pricing or plan benefits with notice required by the applicable store or law. Changes do not retroactively alter completed one-time purchases.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, transmit, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the features you choose. This license ends when the content is deleted from our systems, subject to backups and legal retention requirements.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Edvori to violate law or another person's rights; upload harmful, deceptive, or unauthorized material; probe or bypass security or usage controls; automate abusive requests; reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where law permits; resell account access; or interfere with other users or service providers.

8. Intellectual property

Edvori, its software, visual design, branding, and original content are owned by or licensed to the operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account remains in good standing.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep Edvori reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to protect users, comply with law, address technical issues, or improve the service. We will provide notice when required for a material change.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Edvori at any time and may delete your account through the app. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, nonpayment, abuse, or a material breach of these terms. Rights and obligations that by their nature should survive termination will continue.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Edvori is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.

12. Governing terms

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Edvori operator, without limiting mandatory consumer protections available where you live. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
